On Thursday 15 January we learned with sadness of the repose that morning of our parishioner, Michael Grigorieff.  Born in Shanghai on 29 December 1933, Michael came to Australia with his family in the mid-1930s, serving in the Australian Army during the 1950s.  Michael had a long association with the Central Coast and was a member of our parish from 2006.  His funeral was served in our church on Thursday 22 January, after which he was laid to rest at the Noraville Cemetery.  Michael is survived by two sons, Adrian and John, to whom we offer sincere condolences.  May God grant rest to His newly-departed servant!
